Workrity (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”) operates a digital marketplace platform known as Gigrithm (hereinafter referred to as Gigrithm”, or as the context permits, “we,”), which connects diverse companies (“companies,” the “Company”) with independent professionals. We are committed to protecting personal data in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA) and other relevant laws.

A. Identity & Contact Data, which includes Name, email address, phone number, and Company representative details

B. Corporate Data, which includes Company name, registration details, corporate details, and operational information

D. Professional/Engagement Data, which includes Project details, communications, deliverables, record of previous performance, and ongoing projects, if any

E. Technical Data, which includes IP address, browser type, device information, Platform usage logs, etc.
