We are committed to protecting personal data in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA) and other relevant laws.

A. Identity & Contact Data, which includes Name, email address, phone number, and Company representative details
B. Corporate Data, which includes Company name, registration details, corporate details, and operational information
C. Financial Data, which includes payment and billing details
D. Professional/Engagement Data, which includes Project details, communications, deliverables, record of previous performance, and ongoing projects, if any
E. Technical Data, which includes IP address, browser type, device information, Platform usage logs, etc.
We process personal data on the following bases:

a. Operate and manage the marketplace
b. Match companies with professionals

We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purposes of ensuring accurate Contractual obligations satisfaction, Legal compliance, and Dispute resolution

Users have the right, in addition to those listed by the NDPA, to:
